If you need durable and precise finishing for series steel products, we are the partner to choose: Each day we provide some 1,000 tons of steel with high-level galvanizing and finishing in Germany alone. For this purpose, we need technology and knowledge, but most of all we need well-aligned processes. In addition, our generously dimensioned galvanizing pots and our competence in the fields of standard and high-temperature galvanizing and Duplex coating systems offer great scope for large orders. With networked production facilities and digital stock management, we ensure rapid order handling including logistics, processing and other services.

We are truly committed to renewable energy: Our warehousing and production capacity of several thousands of square metres and thousands of tons per day in Germany alone enables galvanizing for all steel components required for solar systems. What is more, we have firmly anchored the concept of sustainability in all our activities.

Each year, corrosion causes economic losses of approximately 2.5 % of GDP. This totals over 40 billion euros for Germany alone, a sum which could be greatly reduced if the use of hot-dip galvanizing for steel was more widespread.
- It's not about size alone
When we say that you can expect the greatest performance from us, we truly mean it. One of our galvanizing pots is 19.5 m long. This means that single components of up to 19.2 m can be piece-coated in one dipping operation. For the dimensions commonly used in the automotive industry of 13.6 x 2.55 m we have three suitable pots in our group.
