- Steel construction: Greater challenges
When we say that you can expect the greatest performance from us, we truly mean it. One of our galvanizing pots for steel construction applications is 19.5 m in length. This means that single parts measuring up to 19.2 m can be dip-coated in one operation. Likewise, components up to 28 m long or with a unit weight of 20 t can also be handled. This provides an extremely high-quality look while saving galvanizing and production costs and cutting installation time.

Some of our competitors offer very short delivery times, while others offer high galvanizing quality. We, in contrast, are committed to just one thing: No compromises in regard to both quality and speed. Therefore we work with optimally networked large plants to achieve the shortest handling times, even during peak seasons. With individual expert consulting right from the planning stage as well as smart production planning, we are able to save time upfront.
- Logistics: In a nutshell
Using digital stock management, we are able to provide capacity at very short notice. In addition, we supervise transport and delivery to the construction site, both in Germany and abroad. Our export services include logistics handling including seaworthy packaging, container loading, packing lists and order documents as well as transport optimization (FOB) and customs clearing.
